1. Project Scope

Upon receipt of payment, Sun Web Service agrees to deliver the selected service package as specified on the official Razorpay Payment Page or as mentioned in the official Project Proposal.

Each plan clearly outlines the number of pages, features, and deliverables included.

Any additional requests or modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and approved prior to implementation.

2. Project Timeline

Standard project delivery timeframes range between 10–21 business days, depending on project complexity and timely client input (such as text, images, and business details).

Delays in providing content, approvals, or feedback may extend the project completion date accordingly.

3. Payments

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

Project work begins only after successful payment confirmation.

An official invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Payments are non-refundable once the project has started or been delivered.

• Cancellations made before project commencement may incur a processing fee of 5–10% of the total project cost.

• In rare cases where Sun Web Service is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work, a partial or full refund may be issued following an internal review.

5. Revisions & Support

• Each project includes one round of revisions to finalize design and content.

• Any additional revisions or modifications after final approval may be chargeable.

• Clients receive 1 Year of Free Basic Support covering minor edits, bug fixes, and performance checks.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate and timely content, images, and brand information required for successful project completion.

Failure to supply necessary materials may cause delays or temporary suspension of the project timeline.

7. Ownership & Copyright

Full ownership of website files, design, and content will be transferred to the client after full payment is received.

Sun Web Service reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio or marketing materials, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

8. Liability & Warranty

Sun Web Service provides its services on an “as-is” basis.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or downtime caused by third-party services, plugins, hosting providers, or external system failures.

9. Confidentiality

All client-provided information, data, and business materials are kept strictly confidential and used solely for project purposes.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with payment through the Razorpay link, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the specific deliverables listed under their selected plan or proposal.
